St. Mary's Primary School, in partnership with Healthy Habits Technology and backed by academic research from Ulster University, is proud to announce the launch of the Watch your Health program. This groundbreaking initiative is set to revolutionise the approach to student health and wellbeing through the integration of wearable fitness technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The Watch your Health program aligns with the Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines and is the first of its kind to utilise AI to deliver a comprehensive health and wellbeing framework for primary school students. By providing personalised health insights and recommendations, the program ensures that every child's physical activity, sedentary behaviour, and sleep are balanced for optimal health.
St. Mary's Primary School is at the forefront of combining education with advanced technology to cater to the unique health needs of every student. With the school providing wearable fitness trackers to students in Years 3 and above, the Watch your Health program is a testament to the school's commitment to pioneering holistic education.
