The Daily Mile
25th May 2021
Pupils from P3-P7 took part in The Daily Mile today. All of the students participated with enthusiasm and challenged themselves to complete the mile to the best of their abilities. P5-7 were happily cheered on by P3 and P4 and the roles were reversed when KS1 took to the starting line. Studies show how effective The Daily Mile is in improving the physical and mental health of children, removes barriers to participation in physical activity and facilitates wider engagement in PE and sport. All of the pupils enjoyed taking part and supported each other in a positive and helpful way!
