All of the children of St. Mary's Primary School were so excited to participate in Sports Day 2024.
The children worked together with their classmates and in their teams to score points in each of the races. They each participated in the Spud and Spoon Race, Sack Race, Three-Legged Race, Long Jump, Bean Bag Throw, Sprint Race, Cross Country, Bean Bag Relay, Obstacle Course and Tug-of-War.
We are grateful to the families of the children who came along this afternoon to show their support and participate in a few games and races themselves.
Thanks so much to Kevin and Callum, our Healthy Kidz Coaches, who came along today to support the children in their races and to help the staff in the planning and organisation of the events.
Congratulations to the Green Team who won Gold, to the Red Team who won Silver and to the Blue Team who won Bronze.
