Thankfully the thunder storms that were forecast stayed away as P3-7 children from Birches PS and St Marys enjoyed a great morning of fun sports activities organised by PC Coaching. The children all had opportunities to play rounders, dodge ball, hurling, tag rugby and some team building games. The project was run in partnership with The Loughshore Family Action Project. A massive thanks to the committee of Maghery GFC for the use of their facilities and pitch for the morning. The day was a big hit with all and it was great to see the children come together once again after a busy year of excellent shared education lessons.
