A huge thank you to Shane Donnelly, Lucy and Mia's dad, who has donated and erected a poly tunnel on the school grounds. This will be a major project for the Eco Committee in the next school year. The plan is to grow fruit and vegetables and plant flowers, whilst also have a working area where the children can complete written activities or simply find a quiet corner for silent reading.
We are indebted to Shane for his generosity and we are really excited and very much look forward to developing this eco area.
