P4 and P5 Explore Nature and Creativity with Daffodils
Our P4 and P5 students had an exciting day blending science and art! Using magnifying glasses, they closely examined daffodils, discovering the intricate details of these beautiful flowers. Inspired by their observations, they unleashed their creativity by crafting daffodils using toilet rolls, paint, and watercolors.
First, they cut out toilet rolls and dabbed them in paint to create vibrant daffodil shapes on paper. To add a touch of realism, they used watercolors to enhance the details, bringing their daffodils to life with stunning colors and textures.
It was a wonderful experience that not only fostered their artistic skills but also deepened their appreciation for nature. We are proud of their imaginative creations and look forward to more such enriching activities!
