The P5-7 children very much enjoyed working with David and Elaine from Lisburn Museum and Sheila, a very talented artist, to learn more about the process of changing flax to linen. They were learning about the different techniques used when weaving and they even got to use the loom! This project was kindly sponsored by the Loughshore Family Action Project. We look forward to seeing all the work done in our different partner schools at the project showcase later in Term 3.
