All ages can register. After sign up 👆, download the Healthy Kidz app from the app or play store.
Prize for week 1, a Fitbit. To qualify for this, all you will have to do is go on a *7-day streak* (log your activity on the app every day!). There are a range of activities to record, select those that you complete on a daily basis.
