Exploring Spring Flowers in Primary 1 and 2

27th Mar 2025

What a wonderful day we've had in Primary 1 and 2, embracing the beauty of spring! To kick off our art project, we took a delightful hunt around the school to observe some real flowers in bloom. The children were buzzing with excitement as they explored the gardens, taking in the vibrant colours and delicate shapes.

Back in the classroom, we examined our floral discoveries up close, discussing the unique features of each flower. With inspiration fresh in their minds, the children eagerly set to work painting their own masterpieces, reflecting the lovely colours and forms they had seen outside.

The results were nothing short of spectacular! Each child's creation was a testament to their creativity and observation skills, capturing the essence of spring in every brushstroke. What a fantastic way to combine nature and art, encouraging our little ones to express themselves through their interpretations of the season’s beauty!
