Our P4 and P5 students recently embarked on a creative and educational project to make their very own wind vanes! This hands-on activity required them to learn about the 8-point compass, and use their measurement skills to cut out a triangle and an irregular pentagon to form the arrow of their wind vanes.
The students then let their imaginations run wild as they decorated their wind vanes with vibrant colors. This project not only enhanced their understanding of geometry and compass points but also allowed them to express their creativity.
