The children this week were learning all about the world they live in. The topics included pollution, food waste, saving energy and electric. The children set about designing a questionnaire for parents and children. We would appreciate if the questionnaires could be completed and returned to school for Thursday 21st March so the children can begin their analysis and let you know the outcomes of their investigation.
This week also saw the introduction of the battery collection scheme within St. Mary's. The Big Battery Hunt is a nationwide battery recycling challenge which our children are thrilled at taking part. I'm sure they had informed you of all the great prizes that are up for grabs. This challenge will run until the middle of May.
