Primary 6 & 7 class from St. Mary’s and Birches made the long journey to Corrymeela, Ballycastle on Wednesday 9th May.
The one day workshop focussed on sessions around fair trade and world equality. We were able to explore the experiences, lives and cultures of people in the wider world and recognise how injustice and inequality affect people’s lives.
It was a great experience for both schools and an excellent opportunity for all to build on their friendships.
