Primary 4 and 5 spent part of the afternoon classifying woodland mini-beasts, found in the school grounds.
The children used their magnifying glasses and magnifying pots to look closely at the creatures and use their classification keys to sort the them into insects, annelid, mollusc, arachnid, myriapod and crustacean.
